Artist Alexis Bhagat held a talk at Maraya Center on Wednesday 27 October 2010 to introduce his Sharjah InfoCart project.

The InfoCart will serve as a mobile information kiosk that will be moving over several different locations in Sharjah over the course of six to eight weeks. Members of the community will put information into the kiosk and the output will be a new map of Sharjah that will be unveiled in December.

The map will be for the people by the people and will be available in 8 different languages.
