Short Scenes from a Long Marriage, a film by Rania Attieh and Daniel Garcia commissioned by Sharjah Art Foundation for the film programme of Sharjah Biennial 10, will be screened this year in the International Competition of the 21st Rio de Janeiro International Short Film Festival, Curta Cinema. The festival, taking place between the 28th of October and the 7th of November, includes numerous events and categories, with the winning film in the International Competition category receiving prize money of US$2,000.
The Rio de Janeiro International Short Film Festival, Curta Cinema, began with the simple mission of showcasing Brazilian short films and quickly established recognition abroad.
