Egyptian artist Wael Shawky was a participant of SAF’s Witness Programme, an international artist residency project that coincided with Sharjah Biennial 10.

Shawky will return to Sharjah in late September to work on the production of a film and performance project inspired by his experience.

In London this week, Shawky’s video series Larvae Channel opens at the Delfina Foundation.
