Biography

Cesar Meneghetti is an artist. He earned a degree in Visual Communication from the School of Fine Arts at the Armando Álvares Penteado Foundation. Using audiovisual media, photography, painting, sculpture and installation, his works centres on the politics of migration and borders between the Northern and Southern hemispheres.
