Project Description
Houman Mortazavi is a Tehran based multi-media artist whose practice is
remarkably versatile. In this series of drawings, memories of the past events appear
as a selective blend of what we are able to record and what we choose to remember.
With the passage of time, what we recall is an inaccurate version of facts and details
which have lost their context. They are mere bits and pieces of trivia which define
our personal version of history, which in turn, define our future.
