The Researcher leads and develops interdisciplinary learning experiences and resources at the Foundation; devises, researches and leads internal knowledge development about the Biennial, works part of the SAF Collection, and temporary exhibitions for various outputs under the Learning and Research department (publications, conferences, workshops, etc).
1. Conduct primary and secondary research where relevant to a project.
2. Take responsibility for the evaluation, growth and development of on-site education and publication programmes.
3. Devise and manage budgets for relevant projects.
4. Coordinate various learning projects (publications, workshops, meet-ups).
5. Create archiving and digitization assets.
6. Develop research and archives assets as well as methods for the Foundation.
7. Create programme-specific internal and external reports and presentations.
8. Assist with off-site educational programming, including outreach programmes.
9. Create innovative and thoughtful learning resources for internal staff and broader external community.
The role is a full-time position based in Sharjah, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
