In the keynote titled ‘Black Radicalism and the Archive: Inventories of Fire’, Brent Hayes Edwards discusses archival practices and suggests considering archives as a key component of Black political radicalism instead of only static repositories. Edwards presents a case study of the African American activist James Forman’s unfinished book project on the anti-colonial theorist Franz Fanon.
