This retrospective exhibition features several series of paintings including the Pomegranates Series, the Trees Series and the Mosaddegh Series. Also included are the artist’s crystal vases, dating from her time working in Austria; and her later experimentation with combinations of paintings and projected animations. One such work is Prelude to Alice in Wonderland inspired by her brother’s drawings during the Tehran bombardments of the Iraq-Iran war.
