Time the destroyer is time the preserver, artist Jorge Tacla’s largest solo presentation to date, traced four decades of a practice shaped by the complex geopolitical connections between Latin America, West Asia and the United States.

Structured across eight chapters, this publication explores Tacla’s engagement with human suffering, structural violence, memory and the politics of representation, foregrounding his examination of how destructive events are inscribed within individual and collective consciousness.
