Kate Newby’s SB16 installation Cold Water (2024) on the facade of the Kalba Ice Factory utilises glass, bronze and rope. Her inspiration stems from the distinctive light of Sharjah, which is reflected in different ways as the light of each day evolves. Create a miniature of the artist’s work using mixed media to be placed on wooden boards at the base of the artwork. 

This session is free, and all materials are provided by Sharjah Art Foundation.
