How does a city change when parts are added or removed? What happens when buildings, streets and other locations are rearranged? Working with clay, make houses, parks, roads and bridges for a miniature city, and place the movable pieces on a base. Then experiment with shifting or exchanging the pieces, noticing how the city transforms each time something is relocated. Consider how a single city can take on multiple forms through small changes.
