What can close observation reveal about a place? Begin with a walk around Kalba Art Centre, using photography, drawing and notetaking to record details of the landscape. Look closely at light, textures, colours and natural forms, and bring your observations together in in a field notebook combining image, drawing and writing. Create a personal visual record of Kalba with the elements that catch your attention. Use your work as a space for reflecting on the relationship between landscape and artistic practice.
