Step into Guanyu Xu’s layered worlds in Resident Aliens (2026). Printed images are photographed inside real spaces, blending different places into a single scene. Experiment with this playful technique by arranging photographs in a new space and photographing them to create your own layered composition. Bring a few personal photographs from home, and discover how images can spark stories and conversations.
